21 Pilot Course - Reported to ITW Poona in July 1943 and completed initial ground training in October 1943. Thereafter they were split and subsequently sent 1 EFTS (Secunderabad on Tigermoth) and 2 EFTS (Jodhpur ) from 31 Oct 43 to 31 Jan 44 for basic flying. They were commissioned on reporting to 1 SFTS (Ambala on Harvard) for advanced flying on 31 Jan 1944. Attended 1 SFTS from Feb 1944 to June 1944. Subsequently the Course attended Fighter Course at 151 OTU (Risalpur on Hurricane) Oct 44.
