In front of a Sikorsky H19 at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum-Udvar-Hazy Center near Washington, DC in 2006. In 1963, I lead a group of pilots to Stead Air Force Base near Reno, Nevada to be trained on this type of helicopter. Other groups were sent to the UK and the USSR.
