Window Frames

Steelworker 3rd Class Jonah Soto, a US Navy Seabee assigned to Amphibious Construction Battalion 1, and Corporal Kallaseril Vinu of the Indian Army paint window frames during a Pacific Partnership engineering civic action project on 20 July 2008 in Mentinaro, a village near Dili which is the capital city of East Timor. Pacific Partnership 2008 was a four month deployment by the US Navy's Military Sealift Command hospital ship, USNS Mercy, to assist the governments of participating nations with medical, dental and construction civic assistance programs.
