Elementary School

Sergeant M. Harichandra, Indian Army and Australian Army Sapper Joshua Payne, both engineers, paint a wall at the Bario Pite Elementary School in Timor Leste on 13 July 2008. Both soldiers are participating in Pacific Partnership 2008, a humanitarian assistance mission to Southeast Asia that includes specialized medical care and various construction & engineering projects.
