 No.106 SR Unit Lynx Motto : Sarva Peshayami Date Raised : 1957-05-01 Disbanded : 1959-12-10 106 SR Units was formed in May 1957 with the Photo recce version of the Canberra aircraft. The Role of the squadron was to provide military aerial photography and aid with other civilian applications. On 11 Dec 1959, 106 SR Units was merged with 102 Survey Flight to make 106 SR Squadron.
