| Details : | Warrant Officer Diwan Chand was serving as Warrant Officer in-charge of the Daily Servicing Section of the Helicopter Training School. During 1972-73 the service ability state of BELL Helicopter was very critical, while the school was committed with heavy flying tasks of three courses a year. Warrant Officer Diwan Chand with ingenuity of mind and technical skill worked with his men round the clock to produce enough serviceable aircraft and finish the flying training tasks in time. Awarded Vishisht Seva Medal for distinguished service e of a high order. | ||||
