He has been instrumental in designing and producing a tail parachute packing rig, which has been of great value to the Air Force. A special project undertaken by him to set up for the first time the infrastructure required for periodical proof testing of certain types of rockets used by the Air Force is well on the way towards successful completion. Another project which the depot has started under his direction is the repair and reconditioning of small arms without any additional resources. In all these achievements, Gp Capt PC Bugga has demonstrated exceptional qualities of leadership, perseverance and ability to motivate his men, ensuring success of the projects.
