Lieutenant C P Ramachandran - the second-last name from the first batch of personnel listed in the Summary of Events document - was killed in an air crash on 05 February 1958 at Sulur AFS, which is in the Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu. He was flying in a B-24 Liberator heavy bomber of the Indian Air Force. You can read more about the crash details here.
