Civic Action Program

A soldier from the Indian Army tightens a lug nut, on a foundation for a hut being built during an engineering civic action program at the Sasamungga Hospital on 20 August 2007 in support of the Pacific Partnership mission. The Pacific Partnership team of non-governmental organizations and military personnel are conducting various medical, dental and engineering assistance programs in the Solomon Islands during a six-day visit from amphibious assault ship USS Peleliu (LHA 5).
