"Mighty Jets" Illyushin 76 comes to land.

An IL-76 of the 44 Squadron ‘Mighty Jets’ comes in for a landing at AFS Agra. Notice the massive main undercarriage of the aircraft as also the massive surface of the wings when all surfaces have been extended. The ‘T’ shape of the horizontal stabilizer and tail combination can be seen here to full effect. Also notice the 12 Squadron Flight line and hangers in the background to the right of the photograph, and the tip of the Tail section of one AN-32 that can be seen in this photograph. With the noise that it makes, you do not want to be where the photographer was standing when this beast comes in for a landing!
