This aircraft along with the others, share a paint scheme that is common with the AN-32 fleet and indeed, was common with the entire IAF Trasnport fleet during the 1990s. Notice the aircraft Hanger to the left of the photograph with another IL-76 parked inside. One of the aspects of these hangers was that they were never built with these huge monsters in mind. As a result, the rear tail section of the aircraft was always poking out of the hanger and thus exposed to the elements!
