U660 of the "Pursoots"

This MiG-21US (U660) now lies on static display at Sainikpuri, Hyderabad. U660 was inducted in 1966, flew 2984 hours, was decommissioned from service in 1993 and finally put up for display at the College of Defence Management in June 2001. U660 served with No.8 Eighth Pursoots Squadron and sported a camouflage scheme, with the squadron badge painted prominently on the nose. A more detailed history of U660 can be found at this link.
