Bison at Sokol Plant

A MiG-21 Bison (CU2777) - after its refit - on the tarmac at the Sokol Plant in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. All 'Bison' aircraft have a 'U' added in their serial number. Both CU2777 and another (CU2769) underwent rigorous flight & weapons testing and returned to India in July 2001
