Formed as ADDC for Jamnagar Sector with the P-30 Radar. In November 1986, P-30 was replaced by the P-33 Radar. Unit relocated to Hakimpet in 1997 and started functioning as ATS radar to provide training flying for FTW. In April 2007 it was redesignated as GCI for 58 SU but soon after w.e.f 15 August 2007 was designated as ADDC for Hyderabad Sector. On 23 March 2015, it converted to the Medium Power Radar (MPR) and the P-33 was phased out. It was also called 364 SU briefly.
