6 Pilot Course - This was the First course to join the Initial Training School at Walton, in Lahore for service and ground training on 6 Jan 1941 and were commissioned as Acting Pilot Officers on that date. This laste about 10 weeks. From here the course went to EFTS Secunderabad, as the first course in the newly setup school in first week of March 1941 flying the Tiger Moth. After EFTS, the course joined SFTS Ambala (Flying Audax).
