11 Pilot Course - 65 selected officer cadets selected candidates were sent to ITC Walton in Lahore on 1 Sep 1941 for ground and service training for 18 weeks. Thereafter they joined 1 EFTS (Secunderabad) or 2 EFTS (Jodhpur) on Tigermoths. They were commissioned on reporting to 1 SFTS (Ambala on Audax and Hart) for advanced flying on 26 January 1942. They were awarded wings on completion of the advanced traning.
