| Details : | In addition to the task of overhaul of aerongines, Wg Cdr Yadav was actively involved in calendar life extension of AI-20 'M' Naval aero-engines, TBO life extension of AI-20 'D' aero engines and modification on AN-12 aero-engines for use on AN-32 aircraft. Recommendations given by the Depot based on the work carried out by Wg Cdr Yadav were instrumental in extension of calendar life and TBO of these aero-engines. For the technical competence, innovativeness, ability to motivate and total devotion to duty, the President is pleased to award Vishisht Seva Medal to Wg Cdr KS Yadav. | |||
