P V S Jagan Mohan is a software professional from Hyderabad, India, currently working in the United States.  In his free time, Jagan is a serious military historian. He has written for Vayu Aerospace Review - the Journal of the Society of Aerospace Studies in India, contributed to the Air HQ News Letter Blue Glory and the Limca Book of Records 2004; his photographs have been published in India Today, Indian Express, Air Forces Monthly, Air International, Aeroplane Magazine, Flypast, Flugzeug Classic, Classic Wings Down Under and Wiraze.  He maintains a website devoted to vintage aircraft: ( www.warbirdsofindia.com ). Jagan was awarded the Chief of Air Staff Commendation Card for his contributions to IAF History.

Samir Chopra is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York. Samir graduated with a PhD in Philosophy from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York (2000). His current research concentrates on the philosophical foundations of artificial intelligence and the politics of technology.  Samir's second book "Decoding LIberation" was published in the year 2007.
